About Brow Microblading
What is brow microblading?
Microblading is a semi-permanent makeup procedure that can correct or fully reconstruct a lost or thinned-out eyebrow with the use of hair-like strokes. Dating back thousands of years, microblading boasts a rich history that has roots in Asia, Siberia and the UK. Brow microblading has become known as the most natural enhancement to brows through a cosmetic procedure. Unlike permanent brow tattoos, microblading involves the technique of drawing individual, crisp lines that are indistinguishable from natural hair strokes to the naked eye. The blade of the pen is made up of many pins that are three times thinner than those of the needles used for brow tattooing.

What happens during my appointment?
Before anything is performed, the artist profiles the client's daily lifestyle and taste in eyebrows. Questions that may be asked include: does the client want or bolder brow or more natural? does the client wear makeup everyday? The artists will also ask questions regarding your hair coloring habits. From there, the artist assesses the face shape of the client and aids in selecting the perfect shape and look for the brows. Then, the eyebrows are drawn on with a microblading pencil. This way, the client and the artist can fully agree on the look before the procedure begins. The artist then begins to microblade the eyebrows and infuses the skin with the ink. This is done with by depositing color or pigment into the basal layer of the epidermis with an exclusive pen. After removing the excess ink, the client is ready for her close-up!
How long does brow microblading last?
The results of your microblading procedure will last up to 2 years, which may include intermittent touch-up appointments.
